screw conveyor
The screw conveyor can help convey various raw materials to the animal feed dryer machine. It features large capacity, dust control, low noise, and reliable operating performance.
cyclone separator

The RICHI animal feed dryer can process various feed types, including but not limited to poultry, ruminants, pets, and aquatic animal feed. The following are some specific animal feeds and their final drying effects.
poultry feed
The poultry includes various chickens, ducks, geese, etc. These animal feed pellets need to be dried before packaging. The dried poultry feed will be denser, smoother, more integrated, and fragrant.
ruminant feed
The ruminant feed needs a lot of fiber raw materials to promote the digestive systems of cattle, sheep, or other ruminants. After drying, the formed feed pellets are easier to store and transport.
pet feed
The water content of dried pet feed pellets will be controlled below 12%. The dried pet feed pellets are suitable for dogs, cats, and other pets to eat. What’s more, the nutrients will be preserved to the maximum extent.
aquatic animal feed
During drying, Salmonella and Escherichia coli will be removed due to the high temperature. This will make the finished pellets safer and more nutritious. They meet the feeding preferences of aquatic animals.

High-efficiency drying.
Our animal feed drying machine uses a multi-layer mesh belt design. This design can add drying area and prevent material caking efficiently. In addition, we adopt an imported PET woven conveyor belt. The actual drying efficiency increases by over 25%.
Automatic Control.
The hot air temperature can be adjusted automatically. You only need to input the maximum and minimum temperatures. Then the solenoid valve will help precisely control the amount of steam that flows to the dryer. This will achieve efficient drying and low labor costs.
Dry evenly.
The hot drying air utilizes a circulation method featuring opposing left-right flows and vertical convection. This will improve the drying uniformity of feed pellets. The actual moisture error rate can be maintained below 2%. The dried feed pellets always have higher quality and integrity.
