Raw Materials Cleaning
When raw materials enter the feed inlet, they will be first cleaned. The impurities, such as labels, stones, and rope ends, will be removed. Only clean raw materials can be selected. In addition, we have dust removal equipment to ensure clean production.
Grinding & Crushing
The raw materials are usually large before processing. They need to be crushed to a specific size according to different production needs. Then the crushed raw materials are suitable for pelleting.
Batching & Mixing
Most of the raw materials will be mixed fully with injected steam or water. This process makes the raw materials softer and improves the ripening degree. Sometimes, some additives or premixes will be added to the raw materials during mixing.
Drying & Cooling
We have specified equipment to help reduce the temperature and humidity of formed pellets to a suitable level. The entire process is gradual and gentle. It will protect the formed pellets from cracking to the greatest extent.
Screening & Packaging
The finished pellets will be filtered again to ensure uniform size. Only qualified pellets can be sent for packaging. We have automated packing equipment, which can precisely control the weight of every bag.

Pulse Dust Collector
The main function of this machine is to remove dust from the entire production line. It protects the entire production process from pollution.
SFSP Water Droplet Pulverizer
This is one of the most important crushers in all our models. The function is to help grind the raw materials to a suitable size of 3-8 mm in diameter.
Rotary distributor
This machine will help distribute different raw materials into the pellet cavity. This will significantly improve the final production efficiency.
Single-shaft paddle mixer
This drum mixer is essential auxiliary equipment. It will fully mix different raw materials. In addition, we have many other mixer models for your selection.
liquid adding device
The machine can precisely add water or other liquids to formed pellets. This will improve the quality of finished pellets.
Rotary Drum Dryer
The main function of this machine is to control the water content of freshly formed pellets. You can control the degree of drying by adjusting the hot air temperature.
Counterflow Cooler
Cold air slowly passes through the entire pellet from the bottom. This will effectively prevents pellets from cracking due to sudden temperature drops.
Electronic Packing Device
When reaching the threshold, the feeding will stop automatically. The electronic packing device effectively controls the uniform weight of every bag.
