forced feeder
The RICHI cattle feed pellet making machine is equipped with a forced feeder. It can force and uniformly push different raw materials into the conditioner machine. This will minimize uneven feeding and raw material consumption. The rotational speed can be freely adjusted based on your production requirements.
conditioner
When the raw materials enter the conditioner, they will be mixed with injected steam. After conditioning, the raw materials will become softened with even water content. Their gelatinization and ripening degree will also be improved. This will reduce the digestive burden of cattle.
ring die
The ring die is the core component for pelleting. It can control the size of finished cattle feed pellets. Our pellet machine for cattle feed can supply pellets with diameters of 2-12 mm. You can select the suitable sizes according to your feeding needs.
pressure roller
The pressure roller can determine the density of different feed pellets. In addition, it can help push the raw materials into the ring die. Different pressure ratios will produce different densities. The pressure ratio can also be adjusted.
cutting blade device
