Variable Frequency Feeder
The RICHI chicken feed pellet maker is equipped with a variable frequency feeder. It can control the feeding rate, preventing too fast or too slow. You can adjust the variable frequency motor to control the feeding rate without changing the voltage.
Conditioner
The conditioning process will help to realize gelatinization, ripening, and sterilization. It will soften the raw materials to make them more suitable for pelleting. In addition, this process will reduce the digestive burden on chickens.
Thermometer
Before pelleting, the thermometer will detect the temperature of conditioned raw materials. Usually, the temperature needs to be around 80°C. When it is too low, the raw materials will be secondary conditioned.
Ring Die & Rollers
These are the key components of our chicken feed pellet maker. You can freely adjust the ring die diameters and compression ratios according to your requirements. Then you will get various sizes of chicken feed pellets.
Cutting Blade Device
