variable frequency feeder
The RICHI puff corn extruder machine is equipped with a variable frequency feeder. It can adjust the feeding speed to ensure maintain consistency. This will prevent machine clogging or running empty caused by feeding too fast or too slow. In addition, this helps reduce raw material consumption.
multi-stage conditioner
Our extruder has a multi-stage conditioner. It can extend conditioning time to improve the degree of ripening and gelatinization in various grain raw materials. The conditioned raw materials will be crispier and more delicious. The number of conditioner layers can be flexibly adjusted.
Extrusion chamber
