forced feeder
The RICHI livestock pellet machine is equipped with a forced feeder. It can forced push the various raw materials into the conditioner. Regardless of the fiber and moisture content of the raw materials, our forced feeder will help maintain a uniform feeding speed. This will reduce raw material consumption and prevent machine clogging.
conditioner
The main function of our conditioner is to help soften the raw materials. When the raw materials enter the conditioner, they will be mixed with injected steam. During conditioning, the raw materials will be softened and maintain a uniform water content. The conditioned raw materials are more suitable for further pelleting.
thermometer
The thermometer can help detect the conditioning effect. Usually, the conditioned raw material temperature is around 80 80°C. If the temperature is too low, the raw materials need to be reconditioned. This will help ensure the quality and palatability of finished feed pellets.
ring die & roller
The ring die and roller are the core components for pelleting. They can produce feed pellets with diameters ranging from 2mm to 12mm. We have different ring die sizes for your selection. You can select suitable ring die specifications and compression ratio according to different production requirements.
cutting blade device
The cutting blade device is mainly used for controlling the length of finished feed pellets. It can cut formed feed to ensure uniform length. What’s more, the cutting blades are made of stainless steel. They can serve for several years without replacement.
