Working Process Of
RICHI Pellet Production Line
Raw Materials Cleaning
The raw materials usually contain various impurities, such as stones, labels, rope ends, and oil blocks. Our cylindrical primary cleaning screener will remove these contaminants from the raw materials. Clean raw materials will bring high-quality pellets.
Grinding & Crushing
Most raw materials need to be first crushed to a smaller size around 3-8 mm in diameter. This is the optimum state for pelleting. We have an SFSP water droplet pulverizer and other crusher models. They can process almost all kinds of raw materials.
Batching & Mixing
The crushed raw materials will be fully mixed with other materials during mixing. In addition, the softness and ripening degree of raw materials will be improved highly. This will promote the quality of finished pellets.
Extruding & Pelleting
We have high-efficiency granulators and extruders. You will get different pellet sizes by adjusting the specifications of the ring die and rollers. If you want to produce aquatic or pet feed, our extruder will provide you with high-quality extruded feed.
Drying & Cooling
The temperature and water content of freshly formed pellets are usually high. They need to be dried and cooled to a suitable level for packaging. Our dryers and counterflow coolers adopt a granular and gentle processing to prevent the pellets from cracking.
Screening & Packaging
Our rotary grading screener will filter the finished pellet sizes to ensure uniformity. Those unqualified pellets will be returned for reprocessing. After screening, the qualified pellets will be sent to be weighed and sealed automatically.

Screw Conyeror
Our screw conveyor is the essential equipment for transmitting raw materials. It is very suitable for short-distance transmission even at large angles. Contrary to the traditional belt conveyor, its transmission speed is about 15% higher.
Bucket Elevator
The bucket elevator is mainly used for vertical raw material conveying. Its output can achieve up to 100T/H. What’s more, it is made of stainless steel. This design makes it not easy to damage or decay.
Rotary Distributor
The rotary distributor helps distribute many kinds of raw materials to different stock bins. It can effectively prevent material cross‑mixing during transmission. At the same time, it improves the processing speed.
pulse dust collector
The main function of this machine is to remove dust from the raw materials. This will protect the finished pellets from pollution during the entire pelleting process. The quality of the finished pellets will also be improved.
Intelligent Batching Scale
The batching scale can achieve precise weighing and batching of various raw materials. Its dynamic accuracy is about ±0.3%. What’s more, we use first-line brand sensors and PLC control, ensuring faster batching speed and higher batching accuracy.
