The RICHI premix feed plant has wide raw material compatibility. It can process various raw materials, such as vitamins(vitamin A, vitamin E, vitamin K, etc), mineral elements, amino acids, trace elements(calcium, sodium, iron, etc), and some other additives. Our premix feed production line will also fully mix the raw materials with carriers such as corn and wheat. The finished premixes have high nutritional value.

Premix Feed Mill
The RICHI premix feed processing line mainly has six major production processes, covering crushing, drying, mixing, cooling, screening, and packaging. They collaborate efficiently to produce various premixes with high nutritional value.
Crushing System
Some carriers, such as corn cobs, wheat, and peanut shells, need to be crushed first. The crushers will grind the materials to the required particle size according to different requirements. These crushed pellets are easier to mix.

Drying System
Freshly crushed raw materials always have a high humidity, making them unsuitable for direct pelleting. The rotary dryer will control the water content at a level between 12% and 18%. This is a suitable state for further mixing.

Mixing System
The dried raw materials will be precisely weighed first to control the proportion entering the granulator. Then these raw materials will get a thorough mixture with added vitamins, mineral elements, trace elements, and other additives.

Cooling System
After pelleting, the mixed materials will form powder particles. Freshly formed feed pellets always have a high temperature. They must be cooled to around room temperature by the counterflow cooler.

Screening System
The rotary classification screener will secondary screen the finished premix pellets to ensure uniform size. Those unqualified pellets, whether oversized or undersized, will be returned for reprocessing.

Packaging System
The qualified pellets will be sent for packing. The electronic packing scale will automatically weigh the package. When reaching the threshold, it will stop automatically to ensure uniform weight.
