forced feeder
The RICHI sawdust pellet making machine uses a forced feeding method. It can push different raw materials into the crusher machine. This will protect the machine from damage caused by blockage. The actual rotational speed can be flexibly adjusted based on varying pelleting efficiency.
ring die
Our ring dies are made of high-quality alloy steel. They can be used for several years without cracking. We provide different ring die specifications. The diameter of finished pellets ranges from 4 to 12mm. Different ring dies bring different wood sawdust pellet sizes.
pressure roller
The pressure roller will help push the crushed raw materials into the die hole of the ring die. This will reduce raw material consumption and improve the pellet formation rate. You can control the distance between the ring die and the pressure roller to achieve varying granulating efficiency.
cutting blade device
