Lambs feed
Due to their immaturity, they prefer feed pellets with superior palatability and digestibility. We can produce feed pellets with high protein content tailored to lambs’ specific needs. In addition, we can also produce powdered feed. You can select feed types based on your actual needs.
Fattening Sheep feed
Fattening Sheep usually require more kinds of trace elements, such as energy and protein, to promote rapid growth. Our feed pellet mill can process different sheep feed formulas. The finished pellets will provide them with more balanced nutrition.
Adult Sheep feed
Adult sheep are fully mature animals with well-developed digestive systems. Large pellets can efficiently stimulate their rumination capability and promote digestive function. Our machine can produce optimal pellet sizes for them with diameters of 2-12 mm.
Main Components

Forced Feeder
The forced feeder will make the feeding speed stable and even. Some raw materials are difficult to convey. The forced feeder will use screw blades to push the material into the granulator. This will effectively prevent machine blockage and reduce raw material consumption.
Conditioner
During conditioning, the raw materials will be mixed fully with injected steam or water. This will ensure the raw materials maintain a uniform water content. The ripening degree of raw materials and formation rate of finished pellets will be improved obviously.
Thermometer
The thermometer will precisely control the temperature of raw materials. When the temperature is around 80°C, the conditioned raw materials are suitable for pelleting. Whether the temperature is too high or too low, the raw materials will be reconditioned.
Ring Die
The specifications of ring dies determine the diameters of finished pellets. You can freely adjust compression ratios and the diameters of ring dies. Then you will get different sheep feed pellet sizes.
Roller
The rollers help push the raw materials into different ring dies. The rollers are made of wear-resistant alloy steel. This can effectively prevent material adhesion and reduce failure and wear rates.
