In addition, the entire production line operates within enclosed systems, which can effectively prevent cross-contamination. The RICHI shrimp feed production line has a complete process from raw materials to finished pellets. It can help ensure that the pellet hardness, size, fines content, ripening degree, gelatinization degree, and palatability all meet industrial standards.
Raw Material Processing
When the raw materials enter the feed hopper, the rotary cleaner will first clean the contaminants, including stones, labels, rope ends, and oil blocks. Only clean and premium raw materials can be selected.

Grinding & Crushing
The cleaned raw materials usually have a relatively large volume. The SFSP water droplet crusher will grind the raw materials to the required particle size according to the different requirements of the feed formula.

Batching & Mixing
We adopt a multi-layer conditioner to meet the high requirements for gelatinization degrees of shrimp feed. You can control the conditioning time for a suitable gelatinization degree by adjusting the amount of conditioner.

Extruding & Spraying
The mixed raw materials will be extruded into cylindrical pellets of specific sizes according to formulas. After pelleting, the finished pellets will be sprayed with oil to ensure the required fat content.

Drying & Cooling
Freshly formed pellets always have high humidity and temperature. They must be conveyed to the dryer and cooler to reduce the humidity and temperature to a suitable level for packaging.

Screening & Packaging
The rotary classification screener will filter the finished feed to ensure uniform size. After screening, the pellets are weighed automatically. The feed will then be sent to a sealing machine for sealing.

High Nutrient Absorption Rate
Our shrimp extruder machine adopts a multi-layer conditioner and a large extruder cavity. The starch gelatinization degree can maintain a level above 90%. Through extrusion and oil spraying, the finished pellets are nutritious and highly palatable. It has almost no burden on the digestive system of shrimp.
Low Maintenance Cost
The RICHI shrimp feed pellet mill is equipped with a safety lock device. It will automatically shut off power in case of excessive pressure or resistance, preventing damage to critical components. In addition, we adopt a modular design. If the key components are out of order, you can just replace and maintain them easily.
