Variable Frequency Feeder

Conditioner
It is the key equipment for softening materials. The crushed raw materials will be fully mixed with injected steam and water. The thoroughly conditioned raw materials will enhance the extruding effect.
Puffing Cavity
Our soya extruder is equipped with a large extruding cavity. It can secondarily mix the soya to make its water content uniform. You can control the extrusion efficiency by adjusting the screw and pitch.
Granulation Mold
The granulation mold is the key device to control the pellet size and shape. You can get different sizes and shapes of soya pellets by changing the die and die hole specifications. The diameter of the mold ranges from 0.6mm to 20mm for your selection.
Cutting Blade Device
