Multi-Stage Conditioner
When the crushed raw materials enter the conditioner, they will be fully mixed with injected steam. The process promotes the mixing of different raw materials. You can control the conditioning time and gelatinization degree by adjusting the number of conditioners.
Screw & Pitch
The screw and pitch are the essential components for extruding pellets. Different specifications of the screw and pitch will provide you with different dog food pellets with varying sizes and densities.
Puffing Chamber
The puffing chamber is the key device for storing and pelleting. The water content of the raw materials is best maintained between 24% and 25% before entering the extruder. After extrusion, the finished pellets need to be sprayed with an appropriate amount of oil to ensure the required oil content.
Granulation Mold
The granulation mold is the key device to control the pellet sizes and shapes. You can get different sizes and shapes of pellets by changing the die and die hole specifications. The diameter of the mold ranges from 0.6mm to 20mm for your selection.
