Floating Fish Feed
The floating fish feed is mainly produced for shallow-water fish, such as tilapia, sea bass, ornamental fish, etc. The finished pellets from our floating fish feed extruder machine maintain stable floating performance for up to 12 hours without breaking apart. This can efficiently avoid resource waste.
Sinking Fish Feed
The sinking fish feed is mainly suitable for deep-water fish, such as catfish, carp, sturgeon, etc. By controlling the starch content, steam content, temperature, and die hole sizes, our fish feed pellet extruder can produce feed pellets with high density. This will ensure the sinking property of the fish feed.
Slow-Sinking Fish Feed
The RICHI fish food extruder machine can also produce slow-sinking fish feed. The finished fish feed pellets can float for a long time with a slow sinking rate. They can be used for mid-to-lower level fish, such as crucian carp and catfish. They will minimize feed consumption.

Variable Frequency Feeder
The variable frequency feeder is equipped with a variable frequency motor. It can adjust the feeding speed. When you need to adjust the feeding rate, the voltage will not change. This can prevent raw material consumption and machine damage caused by the machine jamming or running empty.
Multi-stage Conditioner
Due to the high requirement for a higher gelatinization degree in fish feed, the floating feed extruder machine adopts a multi-layer conditioner. This design extends conditioning time and strengthens the gelatinization and ripening degree, making the feed easier for fish to ingest and digest.
Extruder Barrel
The extruder barrel is the key device for pelleting. The water content of the raw materials is best maintained between 24%-25% before entering the extruder. After extrusion, the finished pellets need to be sprayed with an appropriate amount of oil to ensure the required oil content.
Granulation Mold
The granulation mold is the key device to control the pellet sizes. You can get different sizes and shapes of pellets by changing the die and die hole specifications to match different requirements of fish. The diameter of the mold ranges from 0.6mm to 20mm for your selection.
Cutting Blade Device
