Cleaning System

Some raw materials always contain various impurities, such as stones, labels, and rope ends. They must be cleaned first by our cylindrical preliminary screener. The cleaner the raw materials, the higher the finished pellet quality.

Crushing System

After cleaning, the raw materials will be crushed to specified sizes according to different production needs. We have multiple crusher models for your selection. They can process almost all kinds of raw materials with varying shapes.

Batching System

RICHI has intelligent batching scales with a dynamic accuracy of around 0.3%. They can precisely control the different proportions of various raw materials. It uses PLC control, ensuring low labor costs and high batching precision.

Mixing System

We have a variety of mixer models to process different raw materials. During mixing, the raw materials will be fully mixed with materials or injected steam. Of course, we also have a liquid adder to help you add some other liquids.

Pelleting System

The mixed raw materials will form dense pellets under the high-pressure extrusion of the ring die and rollers. They can produce pellets with a diameter range from 0.5mm to 12mm. You can produce various pellet sizes based on different needs.

Drying

Freshly formed pellets usually have a high humidity. Our rotary dryers will help reduce the humidity to a suitable level for packaging. The hot air temperature can be adjusted according to your different production needs.

Cooling System

The temperature of freshly formed pellets is usually high. The counterflow cooler will help reduce the temperature. The cooling process is gentle and gradual, preventing sudden cracking due to a sudden low temperature.

Screening System

The rotary classification screener will filter the finished feed pellets to ensure uniform size. Those unqualified pellets with oversized or undersized volumes will be reprocessed. Only qualified pellets can be sent for packaging.

Packaging System

Finally, the qualified pellets will be weighed first by an electronic packing scale. It will precisely control the feeding speed. When it reaches a threshold, it will automatically stop, ensuring the same weight of every bag.

What is the guarantee period and maintenance policy?

We provide a warranty period of 12-month that accords with machinery industry standards. We are responsible for those quality defects and malfunctions caused by non-human factors. After the warranty period expires, we will provide lifetime maintenance services. During this period, we charge only the cost of replacement parts, with no labor charges or service fees.
