Dry Single-Screw Extruder
The RICHI dry single-screw extruder has an output of 0.2t/h to 1t/h. This model is very suitable for small-scale fish feed production. It will help you minimize labor costs and energy consumption.
Wet Single-Screw Extruder
Our single-screw extruder has an output of 0.5t/h to 1t/h for your selection. It can mix raw materials fully with injected steam. This process will significantly improve the quality and integrity of finished fish feed.
Twin-Screw Extruder

Floating Fish Feed Production Line
The RICHI fish feed processing line has a complete production process from raw material processing to finished pellet production. They ensure that the pellet hardness, size, powder content, ripening degree, palatability, and floating performance all meet industrial standards.
Raw Material Processing
The unprocessed raw materials usually contain many contaminants. When they enter the feed hopper, they will first be cleaned. The impurities, such as stones, labels, rope ends, and oil blocks, will be removed from the raw materials. Only clean raw materials can be selected.

Grinding & Crushing
Due to their relatively large volume, the cleaned raw materials will then be crushed. We have various crusher models to crush different materials. They can crush the raw materials to the required size according to different formulas. These crushed raw materials are suitable for further mixing and pelleting.

Batching & Mixing
The crushed raw materials will be fully and precisely batched and mixed. Then, the raw materials are softened to be granulated. During high temperature conditioning, any harmful bacteria such as E. coli, Streptococcus, and mold will be eliminated effectively. This ensures the finished pellets are clean and safe.

Extruding & Spraying
Extrusion can help improve the floating and compacting performance of fish feed. You will get different pellet sizes by adjusting the specifications of screw configuration and pitch. After extrusion, the finished pellets will be sprayed with oil or other liquids to improve their quality.

Drying & Cooling
Freshly formed feed pellets always have high humidity and temperature, making them unsuitable for direct packaging. They must be conveyed to the dryer and counterflow cooler to reduce the humidity and temperature to a suitable level. Then the finished pellets will be sent for packaging.

Screening & Packaging
The rotary classification screener will filter the finished feed to ensure uniform size. Unqualified pellets, whether oversized or undersized, will be returned for reprocessing. Only qualified pellets will be weighed automatically. The electronic packing scale can ensure uniform weight.
