The digestive systems of piglets are not yet fully developed. They usually require more nutritional formulations and smaller pellets. Our pig feed pellet mill can produce powdered, granular, and crushed feed for different feeding needs.
Fattening Pig feed
Precise feed formulation can promote healthy growth of fattening pigs. Our machine can produce many types of feed pellets and premixes. The finished feed has higher palatability and more balanced nutrition.
Breeding Pig feed

variable frequency feeder
The RICHI variable frequency feeder is equipped with a variable frequency motor. When the feeding speed is too fast or too slow, you can adjust it at any time without changing the voltage. This will efficiently reduce raw materials consumption.
Conditioner
The conditioner will help raw materials be mixed fully with injected steam or water. Then the softness and ripening degree are very suitable for granulating. In addition, the high temperature conditioning effectively eliminates harmful bacteria such as E. coli and Salmonella.
Thermometer
The thermometer will automatically detect the temperature of conditioned raw materials. If the temperature is around 80°C, the raw materials are suitable for pelleting. Otherwise, the raw materials will be reconditioned.
ring die & roller
The conditioned raw materials will form dense cylindrical pellets under the high-pressure extrusion of the ring die and rollers. Different specifications of the ring die and rollers will bring different pellet sizes.
Cutting Blade Device
Our cutting blade device is mainly used to control the pellet lengths. You can select different sizes based on different production needs. In addition, we can customize the shape of the cutting blade device.
Safety Lock Device
Our pig feed pellet mill is equipped with a safety lock device. It will automatically shut down and disconnect the power, preventing serious damage to key parts.
