pellet Feed
The pellet feed is more suitable for broilers, turkeys, and geese. With high nutritional value and palatability, the pellet feed can obviously stimulate the appetite of animals. In addition, the pellet feed can prevent selective feeding and promote healthier growth.
Powdered Feed
Due to its fine and delicate texture, powdered feed is more suitable for small animals or young offspring, such as chicks and laying hens. It not only improves feeding efficiency but also enhances nutrient conversion, promoting better growth and development.
Crumbled Feed
The diameter of crumbled feed is smaller than that of granular feed. It can be used for ducks, geese, pigeons, etc. For this kind of feed, the crusher is key equipment that can grind raw materials into smaller particles.
Production Process Of
Poultry Feed Production Line
The RICHI poultry feed line has a complete process, covering raw material processing to finished pellet production. They cooperate efficiently, ensuring the high quality of the finished pellets.
Raw Material Processing
When the raw materials enter the feed hopper, they will be cleaned first. Then the rotary cleaner will remove impurities, including stones, labels, rope ends, and oil blocks. Only clean materials can remain. The cleaning process will greatly improve the finished pellet quality.

Grinding & Crushing
The cleaned raw materials usually have a relatively large volume that is unsuitable for pelleting. The crusher will grind the large raw materials to about 3-8 mm in diameter. These crushed raw materials are easier to mix. You can select the suitable sizes according to different production requirements.

Batching & Mixing
Before mixing, the crushed raw materials will be weighed by an intelligent batching scale. It will precisely control the proportions of different raw materials. Then the raw materials will be fully mixed with injected water and steam. This is the key process for improving the sterilization and ripening degree.

Pellet Shaping
After mixing, the raw materials will form dense cylindrical pellets under the high-pressure extrusion of the ring die and rollers. You will get different feed pellet sizes by adjusting the specifications of the ring dies and rollers.

Cooling & Screening
Freshly formed feed pellets always have a high temperature. They must be cooled to around room temperature. After cooling, the rotary classification screener will filter the finished feed pellets. Only qualified pellets will be sent for packaging.

Finished Pellet Packaging
The finished pellets are sent for packing by our conveyor. The electronic packing scale will automatically weigh the package. It can ensure the uniform weight of every bag. After weighing, the bags will be conveyed to label and seal.
